Directions

* Mix the curry paste with 160g of your preferred meat and marinate for 15 minutes.

* Transfer the marinated meat to a pan.

* Add a little water and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the meat is tender and the curry becomes rich, fragrant and oil separates naturally.

* Serve hot with steamed rice.
