At Easy Bites, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure your food arrives fresh, safe, and ready to enjoy.

Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 2–3 working days across the UK.
  • Dispatch Schedule: Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered by Wednesday.

You’ll receive a confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched.

If Your Parcel Has Not Arrived

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 days, please kindly contact us as soon as possible either by email at easybitesuk@gmail.com or by phone at 07469 584569 so that we can promptly follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Please note:
If more than 7 days have passed without notification from you, the courier may no longer be able to investigate or provide compensation for delayed or missing parcels. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

If You Are Not at Home / Missed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is made while you are not home, the courier will usually:

  • leave a delivery card or notification,
  • provide options to arrange redelivery, or
  • hold the parcel at the local delivery office or collection point for a limited period.

We kindly ask customers to arrange a redelivery or collect their parcel as soon as possible to prevent delays or returns.

Returned Parcels (Uncollected or Missed Deliveries)

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected in time or delivery could not be completed, we will be happy to resend it for you.

However, please be aware:

  • A new shipping fee will apply for redelivery.
  • Because our items are perishable, returned products that are no longer in suitable condition cannot be resent or refunded.
  • Refunds cannot be offered in cases where the courier attempted delivery and the return resulted from missed collection.
