Refund & Return Policy
At Easy Bites, we want our customers to be happy with every order. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns for:

opened food items,

perishable goods,
-
frozen products,
-
products with broken hygiene seals.
For non-food items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

the item is unused,

in its original packaging,
-
and in resellable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

your order number,

photos of the issue,

and a brief explanation.
We may offer:

a replacement,

store credit,
-
or a refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
