Cooking Instructions

1. Boil the noodles in water for approximately 5 minutes, then drain.
2. Empty the soup and seasoning sachets into a saucepan and add water.
3. Add the flavour powder, fish sauce and chilli oil, then bring to a boil.
4. Add the cooked noodles.
5. Top with bean powder, fried chilli oil or crispy fried noodles if desired.
6. Garnish with spring onions, coriander, cabbage or lime for extra flavour.
