Cooking Instructions

1. Boil 1.5 litres of water.
2. Mix the chickpea flour with 0.3 litres of cold water until smooth.
3. Pour into the boiling water and stir continuously over low heat for 8–10 minutes, until the raw flour smell disappears.
4. Add the coconut chicken paste and simmer for a few more minutes while stirring.
5. Adjust the consistency to your preference and serve with noodles, boiled eggs, sliced onions, roasted chilli powder and crispy fritters.
